VPMA/SPVS Events hold multiple CPD’s and seminars targeted at veterinary professionals in practice, as well as an annual Veterinary Congress and Exhibition, which is a huge event within the Veterinary sector. We are involved in the promotion of these events, from leaflets, event programmes and adverts, right through to the exhibition stand space design for Congress, as well as bespoke online booking forms and event management. We really enjoy getting stuck into these projects, because they are detailed and challenging. See more below!
We designed and built the VPMA/SPVS Events website a few years ago, and whilst we haven’t changed much since then in terms of style and layout, we have been continually updating the software and plugins behind the scenes to allow for greater flexibility. The aim of this website is to provide concise information about upcoming events such as CPD’s and seminars for the veterinary sector. Places on these courses can be booked online using the software we have installed, which has flexibility in terms of information captured within the booking form and integration with payment gateways and online payments and invoicing.
ANNUAL VETERINARY CONGRESS
This is a large project that needs close attention to detail to make sure everything runs as it should. We have been working together with VPMA/SPVS on the running of this event for a few years now. We have custom coded a complex online booking form, which captures multiple fields of data including accomodation preferences and allows for online payments for both exhibitors, sponsors and delegates alike. After some very tricky coding, we have created what is essentially a shopping cart that can capture bespoke information, much like an online form – which is an impossible thing to find straight out-of-the-box!
Alongside the organisational aspects of our involvement, we also design and create any forward facing promotional materials for this event – initial leaflets and flyers, full event programme, exhibition hall stand design, event signage and other bits and bobs thrown into the mix. Each year is a slightly different theme, so we always enjoy coming up with eye catching concepts that can be applied to all materials across the board.
